Client Confidentiality and Privacy
This applies to, but is
not limited to, all members, officers, or any person(s) associated with, or
involved in the activities of S.P.I.R.I.T.
This includes, but is not limited to all S.P.I.R.I.T. members, any
person(s) associated with investigations, and all other activity associated
with S.P.I.R.I.T.
All data and materials, knowledge
and information generated through, originating from, or having to do with
S.P.I.R.I.T. and or person(s) associated with our activities is privileged and
highly confidential.
All pages, forms, information,
designs, documents, printed matter, policies and procedures, conversations,
resources, contacts, member or publication information is considered
confidentiality and the sole property of S.P.I.R.I.T. This information is protected by
international copyrights, patents and other legally enforceable laws.
This also includes, but is not limited
to, the activities and information of, or relating to our members, associates,
operations and activities. This
privileged extends to all forms and formats in which the information is
maintained and stored, including, but not limited to hard copy, photocopy,
microform, automated or electronic form.
Case numbers and associates
identifiable information cannot be disclosed under any circumstances, without
consent of S.P.I.R.I.T.
Knowledge pertaining to our members
is considered to be confidential and not for public knowledge without the
members consent.
All members of S.P.I.R.I.T. are responsible for protecting an associates confidentiality. Any disclosure, misuse, copying or transmitting of any material, data or information, whether intentional or unintentional, will subject the member to disciplinary action and/or prosecution, according to the procedures set by S.P.I.R.I.T. in the member protocols.
Any information obtained throughout
the tenure of a case or investigation is strictly confidential. Under no circumstances is case information to be
shared, published, or otherwise discussed or displayed publicly without written
prior consent by S.P.I.R.I.T. Types of
information include, but are not limited to: photos (digital, film, or
otherwise), audio recordings (digital, analog, or otherwise), video recordings
(digital, analog or otherwise), data measurements, verbal information (site
history, property ownership, protocol methods, etc.) are the sole property of
S.P.I.R.I.T. and property owner. Information gathered will not be used against
members of S.P.I.R.I.T. or the property owner in any manner deemed to be
destructive or malevolent in nature whether by intent or chance.
Access to case files and information is only granted to authorized members of S.P.I.R.I.T. and the property owner, and may never be used/accessed without explicit written consent of the property owner. Any unauthorized access to case files and information is deemed a felony and will be prosecuted as such.

This web site is provided as a public service by SPIRIT. The SPIRIT
website is intended to be used by the public for viewing and sumbitting
information only. Unauthorized attempts to upload, copy, or change
information on this website are strictly prohibited and may be
punishable under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986. All
information on the SPIRIT website is considered copywritten information and may not be distributed or copied without express permission.
